"GPS, bitches."

GPS is a wonderful example because you can use it bitch-slap chemistry/geology deniers, too. If radioactive isotopes didn't decay at predictable rates, we wouldn't have the extremely accurate clocks required for GPS to achieve its sub-meter accuracy, and those predictable decay rates also allow us to accurately estimate the age of the earth.

Yeah, I once tried to fix a physics entry on Conservapedia, wherein they had flummoxed up Newton's laws or something utterly elementary. Ah yes, it was something like vector addition of momenta, and it may have been somehow related to relativity. Nuts, can't remember. But I got myself banned for life from Conservapedia after the first thing I ever wrote for them. Totally batsh!t, those people. Funny. Of course, they aren't saying out loud on the internet that special and general relativity are JEWISH liberal physics theories and therefore impeachable, but of course, that's what they mean.

I enjoy your blog so far. You might even make bookmark status.
